Team means something different in every company.  At Royale it means relentless communication to offer the best possible service to every single guest. Our focus on education and training has meant that everyone on the team is skill certified to complete a service. Sure everyone has their own unique way to deliver the end result, that is part of the creative process. But with true team service, everyone on the team is contributing in some way. Have an emergency and need to move your appointment down a bit, no problem, our guest services team will help communicate that information to your stylist and offer solutions. If you or your original stylist is under the weather and need to get in before the weekend, we will make sure that you get in with someone else and your important information about  your hair is communicated from stylist to stylist. Want to make a change to your hair last minute? We have a team leader on hand to help your stylist perform this service and still stay on time for the guests scheduled after you. Royale follows the Team Based Business Model and we work with a business coach to continue evolving.  Through learning how to truly be there for each other, we can offer the best service. Our goal and our mission is to inspire our guests, every single visit through educating on products, how to style your hair at home, communicating our unique culture, and truly connecting and understanding your needs.  

At Royale we focus on continuing education and certifications for all stylists.  We currently have multiple stylists certified in DevaCuts, American Wave, and Express Keratin Treatments.  If you are interested in these services, please specify your needs when making your appointment.
