Team means something different in every company.  At Royale it means relentless communication to offer the best possible service to every single guest. Through learning how to truly be there for each other, we can offer the best service. Our goal and our mission is to inspire our guests, every single visit through educating on products, how to style your hair at home, communicating our unique culture, and truly connecting and understanding your needs.  

At Royale we focus on continuing education and certifications for all stylists.  We currently have multiple stylists certified in DevaCuts, American Wave, and Express Keratin Treatments.  If you are interested in these services, please specify your needs when making your appointment.

A Little Bit of History

Bridgett DiVohl began her journey in Cincinnati as an apprentice in one of the city’s top salons, Mitchell’s.  Over five years she developed her passion and skills for teaching, ultimately becoming a Bumble & bumble Network Educator.

In 2000 Bridgett moved to Chicago to work for Sine Qua Non Salons.  She mentored many apprentices, continued her work as a network educator and in-salon educator, and held the position of Artistic Director.

Bridgett and her wife, Steph, opened Royale in 2012 as a creative and intimate learning environment offering a unique, quality focused experience to clients.  

In 2015 Royale became a team-based culture salon, focusing on offering benefits and support to the team through structure and cross-training. The ultimate benefit is to the client through universal standards, thorough communication, and a dedication to guest satisfaction.
